Commodities: FOB and CIF requests
- Company information and registration details, and the authorized signatory.
- Product, specification and quantity.
- Incoterm and port of loading or discharge.
- Delivery window and contract duration.
- Proposed payment instrument.
- If you act on behalf of the owner of the goods or of the buyer, your written mandate.
KYC documents are requested by email once the request passes our preliminary review. Please do not send identity documents in the first message.
Projects and procurement: tenders and quotations
- Bill of materials or technical specification.
- Applicable standards, for example API 650, API 5L, API 6D or EN 10204 3.2.
- Quantities, delivery site and required date.
- Tender documents and deadline, if any.
Data room
Corporate documents are not published on this website. Counterparties that have passed our preliminary KYC review can request access to our data room, which we share by invitation from an @criptoil.com address. We never ask for passwords.
